Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Mexill account and data at any time, with or without the app installed.
This page explains how to permanently delete your Mexill account, what happens to your data when you do, and how long it takes. This applies to all Mexill users in Naraingarh, Haryana and our serviceable areas.

Submit a request using the form below and we'll verify the phone number against your account.

What gets deleted

Order and transaction records are retained (not linked to your name after deletion where possible) solely to meet Indian tax and financial regulations. They are not used for marketing or shared with third parties after your account is deleted.

How long it takes

If you delete your account directly inside the Mexill app (Profile → Delete My Account), it's processed immediately: your data is deleted right away, no waiting period.

Requests submitted through this page, whether from a logged-in browser session or the form above, are processed within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and associated personal data have been removed.
